Job Description:

Vice President or Director of Marketing is in charge of developing and implementing a marketing and communication strategy that is focused on maximizing return on investment. The purpose of this strategy is to determine and support business growth and to ensure brand equity and awareness. The VP of marketing handles all marketing activities in order to fulfill the company's goals of sales, growth and profitability.

Duties:

Plan, organize and manage all the marketing activities for the organization

Establish, develop and implement the company's marketing strategies

Develop and implement new communication ideas, proposals and strategies

Formulate and implement the marketing policies and objectives within the company

Create and develop strategies for promoting and selling products or services

Coordinate and collaborate with all the staff from the marketing department

Participate in conferences, national and international fairs and other marketing related events

Oversee marketing communication including branding, public relations, advertising and other marketing materials

Define and coordinate marketing programs both internally and externally

Lead integrated marketing/demand generation campaigns to fill sales pipeline

Support channel and partner marketing campaigns and events; lead large summit/events with partners to promote offerings

Work with global sales team to define, maintain leads in CRM, define sales process and funnel

Make and sustain presentations, sales training and product launch

Develop and handle marketing annual budget

Coordinate and evaluate market research

Meet customer's needs and fulfill their demands

Maintain long term relationships with business partners, clients and company staff

Experience:

Excellent oral and written communication skills

Interpersonal and intercultural competences

Professional appearance and presentation skills

Able to speak in public, to media, and executive management

Strong communications skills with all levels of management

Computer literate and good at handling different applications like Microsoft Office, Power Point, and Adobe Creative Cloud and Marketo a plus

Excellent collaboration working skills across divisions including HR, sales, product, delivery teams

Leader competences

Good negotiation skills with vendors, media

Highly organized and responsible, results driven; ability to work in very fast paced environment; Ability to work under stress and with deadlines
